i will sell private on ebay some things but not in my Name. I will not get to my real own personally own bank account in Germany.

I need solutions / some Tipps

ebay.de is very specific part of EB. You can try sales on ebay international and turn on sales or free shiping in DE, AT or CH. Maybe it will help you.

Problem i will sell VIRTUAL ITEMS so i dont need paypal because this is problematical
For this bank IBAN solution is better

for hardware i can use paypal if i can cashout it ?

I need an account over 650 EUR/Month limit

500 items /5000€ ist the minimum limit i get on my german accs.
But you can not list such an expensive item right away. the account will get limited.

Also when you want to list it as "Buy now" you should have other items in a pricing range 200-500€ around it.

i would say you need 2-3 months to list in that price region

then either
1 list it on your real account so you at least are not totally screwed when the buyer is a scammer

or 2 only accept bank transfer, not paypal

My Real Account is of 1999 with over 600 feedbacks

Problem now is not the virtual article

PRORITY is my HARDWARE article of 800 EUR

WIth an UK Account i can sell on ebay.co.uk and delivery to germany or delivery worldwide ?

Now i have it on a family personal account but this have 0 feedbacks
Limit 700 EUR month

so i sell it for 700 now but i have no linked paypal with it the person will not use paypal.

Or i can linked another paypal account ?

You will likely get limited selling virtual items.

You will need a UK bank account to use UK Paypal.

Yes with 1€ starting as well. The end price is what counts.

The 700€ limit.. how do you get this low, i did not even know that this is possible. The lowest limit I ever had was €5,000.

You can use UK but as i already told you, it is not better. As it is an english language account the limits are tighter and more strictly watched because so many people ⊗⊗⊗⊗ them.

Just to make that clear: egal welches land du nimmst, du kannst auf KEINEM Account sofort deine Grafikkarte verkaufen!

The best is to take your personal account with Feedback and just list it there
