Hey guys quick question: I bought a stealth account because I wanted higher selling limits instantly. Can I use that account without a VPN and on my eBay app? I have never had any normal accounts banned or suspended.

If you haven't used any other account on the app before, then sure. Also you would need an IP for whatever country eBay you're logging into, so that may be an issue.

Sounds like you've used the app for your own personal account.
I understand you've never had an account suspended before but this new account can become problematic since it will have all different info on it and IT will get linked to any other accounts used on that app.
Just do things properly with this account you bought. New SOLID IP solution, New dedicated device - maintain complete and total separation between it and any other account you have that you don't want impacted should anything happen to this account at its most vulnerable - when its just starting out.

Be aware that once you use the eBay app you can never use another account on that device. Even if you delete the app and reset the device,

Higher Selling Limits also doesn't mean you can go crazy and list a ton of stuff, you still have to go slow and build up.
