Do you mean Paypal is limited? You will likely lose the Paypal account - the eBay account can be ok and not suspended but a) it will hard to do much without Paypal and b) also depends on what you are selling....if "problem items", you could be suspended later.

That doesnt mean that your eBay will also get limited, but without a PayPal the eBay is a bit limited in use.

You "can" but it's not recommended for long term use...it can go down at anytime due to linking.

Best to learn stealth and make new eb+pp accounts to sell via stealth.

Short term it works, long term it doesnt.
