Selling slow question

I have a few stealth accounts around 2 months old. I want to sell some LED lights that I'll sell for around $59. Is is ok to list this size item now? I have sold a few items around $45. I am listing slow 4-5 sells a week. Ready to sell these but don't want to rush the accounts.

More worried about pp limits

should not be a problem
make sure you upload tracking info, get feedback on ebay from buyers
