I think guys I have to tell you my store first. I have three experience with ebay:
First exp : I sold 20 ⊗⊗⊗⊗ shoes until a customer contact ebay and suspended my account.
second exp : I bought 12 pairs of ⊗⊗⊗⊗ shoes I sold 4 but the colorway of this shoes is different than the original, someone contact me about that he said he works for Nike and he VEROed my account, I checked his feedback he bought a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Nike jordan the same month and he sent the seller positive feedback saying that the shoe is 100% authentic.

third exp: I bought a couple of original shoes from the story, I listed them without showing the recipe, my account was suspended after 1 day before selling anything.

Before this thread gets shut down--since I didn't have a chance to mention this on the other one, you can sell a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ under certain circumstances, depending on the item. Such ⊗⊗⊗⊗ are usually either not available in the mainstream, from the manufacturer as an alternative to the prohibitively expensive real thing, and often times, out of production or the rights have expired or gone into a dormant stage. Such items are usually not everyday copies, frequently available through foreign market where the rights of that item are less enforced or not at all. We're not talking Nike's here. An entire aftermarket is built on these goods and they are legitimate, though clearly not the real thing. AFAIK there is nothing illegal involved here.

That being said...how are you supposed to provide proof of source if the item you purchased was not accompanied by a receipt or that receipt is no longer available? I've bought ⊗⊗⊗⊗ of merchandise at stores before, as they were clearly not the real thing but they were being sold in that fully legitimate store. Am I not allowed to resell that item at any time I choose? Of course. But ebay doesn't necessarily know that, so how are you supposed to provide proof of your supplier for such an item? Keeping in mind that this isn't a situation where you have a truckload to sell. But maybe half a dozen. If you're blessed with the corporate muscle to be able to dictate policy to ebay, you should be immune from having to be concerned. That still leaves 99% of the populace. What are they to do?

I recall there was a form disclaimer that helped solve the above dilemma but I can't remember the link at the moment. Basically, it helped to cover you from having your "legitimate" auction taken down by the Vero police or whichever agency or individual might be patrolling at that time. This might be a good time for someone to whip that out if you have it.
