usa stealth account with another country credit card
 

Hello dear aspkin forum members,
today I found this nice forum which brought me very near to the solution to my problem which is cashing out a stealth Paypal Account. So i Want to open a Paypal in USA but I dont know what I need to do if I want to withdraw my money from it . as I'm from north africa and I have my bank in lithuania . Paypal will be in USA , is it fine to add any credit card from my country with my name even if paypal have a different name . any suggestions would be appreciated . Thank you .

What do you plan to use this USA Paypal for? shopping? or withdrawing funds?

Hi , I plan to use it for ebay as a seller , I need only to withdraw from it . cause I shop using my credit card . Thank you

So to withdraw funds you need to add a USA Bank to USA PayPal.

OP, listen to MM78 - why would you need pp to based in USA specifically anyhow?
