My PayPal account got limited,no idea why?
 

Hello, so I created a new PayPal and eBay account,Linked a VCC to to my PayPal account,and linked the paypal account to my eBay account,after 1 days my PayPal account get limited.No idea why I get this limitation.

I didn't start selling on eBay I just linked the paypal account to my eBay account,the addresses,names are same on the accounts.
Someone have idea why I get limit on PP account?
Or tell me the common reasons why I can get limitation?

By the way only the PayPal account get limited, my eBay account is working perfectly.

Most proly it's the VCC that might be no good.

What is the limitation? post a screenshot if you can (remove all info that identifies your account)

You need to be a LOT more open with info OP...screenshots and explanation of your setup....we can't guess what you are doing wrong without more info

VCC was good, I think.I bought the VCC on eBay,and the seller said the VCC is worldwide,and can be used under any name & address.He asked my PP postal code before,he give me the vcc details,but it worked.

I get this message in my mail from PayPal:

Your PayPal account is temporarily limited

Why is your account limited?
We noticed some unusual activity on a card linked to your PayPal account.
To ensure that your account remains secure, we need you to take action on your account.
We've also temporarily limited certain features in your PayPal account.
Currently, you won't be able to:
Receive payments
Send payments
Withdraw funds
What should you do?
Log in to your PayPal account and perform the required tasks.



So the VCC is the problem???

I mean paypal clearly stated that the problem is with your card, why are you even having doubts as to why your account was limited.

Could be that the VCC failed a test charge if no funds on it

I find it that it's usually the phone number.
