No place to add ein when upgrading eBay account to business anymore?

Can’t find it anymore, trying to upgrade from personal to business. Used to be able to add ein but not anymore. Is this the same for everyone else? Please, no comments about u only need to put ein on PayPal, I know what I’m doing.
