Ebay and paypal question

Hey there , I have a question regarding ebay and paypal. Do you start your ebay account as a personal or business at the start? Im not sure if I should add bank account to my fresh pp and card or wait and see for couple transactions if my account will get limited? Can I use pp without card and bank account and get money from sales? Or should I add just a card for the start..

What I do is start personal, add a card, accept $150-200 in payments, decide then whether or not I want to add a bank.

If an account is upgraded to business it's done after a bank is added.

Things may be a little different in UK, so I'd wait for James or Play to comment on your thread before you make any decisions.
