Hi there my question is that can I sell on the US eBay using UK paypal full verified or will that not work ?

You can add any countries PayPal to any countries eBay if you want to.

thanks mate , last question , if I create US ebay accc , can I use for example uk number for the verificaiton purpose or does It have to be US Number phone number?

Can't you just make listings on .com instead of .co.uk? That's what I do with Canada eBay accounts and sell to 98% US buyers.
