ipburger error

Hi all.

Purchased ipburger but have problems installing. I've contacted their support but wanting to move things on quickly so thought I'd try here as well.

Getting a 'missing licence' error with the following info:

line: 18
char: 3
error: path not found
code: 800A004C
source: microsoft VBScript runtime error

Before I start messing about with the data, is there any advice?
