It means that hundreds of sellers have already tried this, and failed miserably.

In my time here I've seen everything from "low-impact"/"medium-impact" Paypal limitations to funds being frozen by a court order resulting from a lawsuit. The worst problems you can possibly imagine with your Paypal account are constantly being shown to us here by key sellers.

I guess it's possible there are some success stories and we haven't heard about them because they haven't come on the Aspkin forum complaining. But all of the key sellers that do come here are always having massive problems with their accounts and they almost always end up losing money in the end.

Lets say you find a genuine supplier, its no good since eBay wont let you sell most software keys on their platform. They'll flag you up as counterfeit.
