Need advice for buying laptop for stealth
 

Hi,

My eBay account has been restricted 5 years ago. I'm thinking of buying a new laptop to restart the eBay business with stealth account. Anyone knows shall I have to buy a brand new laptop or it's fine for a cheap second hand/refurbished laptop? I'm worry about what if the second hand laptop used to register with eBay before.

You can reuse a laptop for ebay and paypal. A second hand one is fine.

I'd read the stealth guide or the forum so you know how to run and maintain stealth accounts properly.

It is not a must to change laptop or PC. The old one is fine providing that you clear your history, cookies and stuff. Easyest way is to have a brand new user in windows.

So if you want to change it anyway, aloso a used one fit the purpose.

For eb, a new user account is safe enough to start as ilcarletto indicated.

You don't need a new laptop for a stealth account. Like mentioned above, creating a new user is sufficient. If you want to buy a laptop don't a stealth account be the only reason you buy it.
