eBay have removed my listing today. And i was sold some spotify accounts.

My eBay account is around 3 months old and have around 25 feedbacks
I want to know if i listed this kind of item again, they will suspend my account or give me another chance by removing only the listing ?

You should not list this again unless you gain the correct approval from eB.

You are lucky that they only removed the listing...you could be suspended for certain days or even worse, banned completely.

Well wait 60 days and relist and then you would get a 7 day suspension, but that is just my experience with vero. Then next would be 30 days , then gone, but if you list too soon it could be next one gone.

Yea, these type of Vero stuff eventually you'll get nailed for it. It's a matter of time.

what was the message in ebay? was it from verowatch?

Its possible the competitor reported you, or the real vero agent picked up on it.

is the problem with someone calling themselves nrg or neil richards or verowatch or bravoeye? did they ask you for money? I had a huge problem with someone pertaining to be an internet policeman email me at nic@nicpicot.co.uk. what were you selling?

why would you be selling spotify account? it doesnt work long term.

If it doesn't list an address... to email. That's a competitor or someone with no life reporting your listing.

ebay vero is abused daily by all manufacturers, as long as you own a trademark, you could potentially keep your item off ebay, until someone sues you about it. Which doesn't happen, which is why they keep exploiting this DMCA abuse of power, i really wish the congress would do something about it.
