Hi,

when u create an account what triggers a higher limit.

I created my account and it comes with 10/500 Limit
and my mom in law opened hers and she received 500/25000 Limit.....

What made them decide which limit they gonna give user ?

Lots of reasons for the difference in limits.

Most two factors are likely the type of IP address you are registering from as well as the TYPE of phone number. Other factors are address, as well as the method in which you start the seller account. There are obviously a some other things, but I can't mention them here because they are a bit of a trade secret. ;)
