Capital One VCC to pay for eBay purchase on stealth account?
 

I want to make a few purchases on my new eBay stealth account and the instructions I received said to use Paypal balance or a VCC. I have a Capital One credit card and they have an app that is downloaded to my web browser that generates a fresh/unique credit card number/exp. date/3 digit code, for each purchase and gives me the option of using that, instead of my usual card number for added protection/security against ID/CC theft.

Would this be okay to use for purchases on eBay with a stealth account, since it is a guaranteed new/fresh credit card number each time and would not ever be connected to any previous purchases on any other accounts?

I would prefer this, if possible, over a VCC.

I would use anything by capital one with a stealth paypal account.
