Changing phone number on stealth account
 

Hello. I just purchased a premium stealth account, it has been open for about 8 months and has 25 sales and feedback already. The phone number on the account is not valid, SIM is expired, and I am wondering how to go about adding in a valid number, in case eBay needs to call me. I have a current non-stealth account and eBay calls me on occasion, whether to market something to my account, or to talk about an order. For instance, yesterday they called because a buyer wanted to change the address and did not hear back from me within 15 minutes, LOL, so they called eBay, and eBay called me. If that happened right now with my new stealth account, I would be in trouble. I don't want to raise red flags but want to make sure they can reach me, if needed. Since the account is 8 months old and already has sales and feedback, would it be safe to add a new number and delete the old number within the next week or so?

This is why people already need to keep access to the original phone # on the account and keep them active.

OP,

Add a new phone number, you have no other options. I did this before month on two older accounts with no issues. No risk for 8 months old account, imo. Don't forget PayPal phone number too.
