 eBay CS Rep Removed Defect ON A SATURDAY???
It's a Q1 Miracle:
I don't understand what is happening but it looks like some sort of miracle has occurred. I have always been told that when an eBay rep gets one of my defects removed it will not be processed until the following Thursday. I asked this time anyway to confirm again and was told the same thing by 2 reps on 2 different accounts whose defects I got removed. Now I am seeing this on both of my accounts as well as it saying above standard.
The only thing that I don't get is why it says last evaluation December and next evaluation February. It seems like there is a possibility it could just be updating today's evaluation which was scheduled to bring me below standard on 2 accounts. But normally the defect is not removed until Thursday and they are already removed on both accounts in question. So it looks like I somehow got the defect removed on a Saturday about 24-48hrs after calling. Has anyone else experienced this before? I am so happy. This would have decreased my sales by thousands.   |
