No, that's not an option as of this moment. You could however buy a Ebay gift card with BTC and use it. There are plenty of sites that sell Ebay gift card for BTC.

Upon checkout, be aware if you use a partial amount of the gift card you can't use the same gift card on another account therefore you have to use it on the same account it was initially used on.

Oh I thought you were talking about Ebay.com
To buy Ebay stealth guide you will have to pay with a credit card, therefore the coupon field has nothing to do with Ebay gift cards.

Try reaching out to @aspkin he may make an exception and allow you to pay with BTC.
