Buying an old account (pre 07') what do I need?

I have the opportunity to purchase an older account (03') and I was wondering what all do I need from the seller besides log in info?

Do I have to use their PayPal account or can I attach a new stealth account to it? Is there a chance the seller can take the account back after I changed all the passwords?

From what I am reading pre 07' accounts are highly sought after. And yes, the account has been active and was a selling/buying account.

what makes you think the account is any better than one made 90 days ago?

Not sure if this is anymore valuable than a new account since activity wouldn't mean much unless it was recent.

An account from 2007 can get limited just as quickly as an account from 90 days ago if the operator doesn't know what they're doing. A pre 2007 account has no extra protection from PP or eBay.

If there hasn't been any recent sales history on the account, it doesn't matter how old the account is. Your 2003 account won't be any stronger than one created last year with recent sales on it.

Buying an older account has a lot of unknowns. You have no idea of any past issues with the account, as that's usually wiped away in the case history after 18 to 24 months or so. For all you know, that account may have sufferered from past suspentions, or had been linked to a banned PayPal in it's past.

I'd much rather have a younger account I created myself that I know the full history/picture of.
