Adding the same BA to withdraw money from an old account
 

I have an account that is kind of running at a risk of getting suspended from paypal. If I add a BA that was the same from an already suspended account. Will I have enough time to transfer the money to the bank until I get this account suspended? Or will it be kind of a 50/50 chance. This account got a email that I needed to add a TAX ID few months ago and still surviving but it's got a substantial amount in the account that I just wanna add my BA and transfer it but the BA is from an old paypal account that was suspended (Now released).

Make a new bank account? Suntrust, Bank of America, and TD are at under 7 a month for maintenance. You could also just form an LLC for about 70 (that's my cost at least). I feel if you have a substantial the above 2 options are totally worth it. I don't recommend losing a substantial amount just to save on a $7 dollar service fee from a new bank.

If that bank account you plan on using is attached already to that suspended account you wont be able to add it - youll get an error message telling you that bank account is already being used with another paypal account.
Even if you removed that bank account from the limited paypal before it was limited you will still be linking the account - instantly - and will run a very high chance of getting this other paypal limited along with all the money in it.
Just go open a new bank account. Plenty of banks you can choose from and its worth the effort of a few minutes of your time for all that money.
