Ebay will not appeal case ..
so there was a case closed against me, I opened it because I never recieved the Return item or any tracking from the buyer to show it was sent back to me.
apparently he used his own label which i was never shown a label or tracking.
Then it somehow got returned to the buyer due to incorrect address, and ebay closed the case against me, gave me a defect, then refunded the buyer..
How in the world do they let this slide? They absolutely refused to remove the defect.. which was my main concern.
Its pretty crazy that they allow things like this to happen, when I clearly shouldnt have a defect as I did what I was supposed to do in the return.
Is it just me or is their case/appeals dept a disaster? Ive had so many cases probably 20+ This year where I got the defect removed as ebay made mistakes in closing cases against me... usually I have to call 2-3 times as most of the reps dont understand english very well or just do not care! |
