Ebay invoice charge vs PP limited account?

So I have a PP account that was just limited (can't send or withdraw). I'm working on docs, but in the meantime ebay is going to charge their automatic invoice at the end of the month. I normally let this go and leave enough funds in PP to cover it. Since my PP is restricted from sending money, what happens when ebay tries to charge their fees? Would PP just reject it or send it through to the bank? Just trying to see if I need to close the bank before they do so if I can't get things open in a week.
Thanks

yes it will be rejected and then ebay will take it off file and message you to add a payment solution, you could leave it do it then when your paypal account is sorted then add it pay then pay your fee's

best thing to do is "make a one off payment" then select your payment option (credit card, other paypal account etc)

Yeah, I would make a one time payment with gift card

I'm not planning on doing a one-time payment in case I can't get it back. We're talking several grand in fees. I'm just not sure if PP would reject the charge entirely or try to pass it through 100% to the bank.

Grands in fees? You sold cars or what.

Ha, nope, but this account does $10k+/month in sales.

I did run across a thread elsewhere with the same issue and he said that accepting the info on the business info request worked. Within a couple hours he was back up and running without submitting the others.

I was going to try that myself, so logged into the account and now there's no huge warning about this at all. The four pieces of info originally requested were: photo ID, provide business information (this PP was already associated with a biz), provide proof of fulfillment (3 orders), provide purchase receipts.

Thought I'd try just accepting the biz info request and seeing what happens.. well I logged in and it wasn't asking for anything. I'm wondering if just fulfilling the orders made it go away? If I poke around in the profile it only says I can't send funds, but I sure can withdraw still. Just puzzling.

Hmm, after seeing other threads about this, I checked the account again and it appears things went back to normal. PP no longer asking for docs. Just strange..

For EBAY selling fee, better add your debit card to pay it.

Ebay will send you the bill to your bank account and you will have the option to confirm or refuse to make the payment. Works perfect!

If PP limited the account and eBay already invoiced your PP, wait before you send in any type of funds. It may go through still. I forgot what their grace period is but usually if it doesn't, eBay will let you know and you can add your debit card or send them a check or so to pay.
