EBay refunding my money to buyers when items signed for

Hi, guys so basically eBay suspended my account indefinitely and as you know buyers will automatically receive emails saying that this user is no longer registered on eBay and if you didnt receive your item or are having a problem you can claim your money back. So now buyers are taking advantage of that and keep opening cases and eBay is refunding them straight away without even notifying me as if I have no say in that whatsoever I only see it when I log in to the account that a case has been closed by eBay and buyer received their refund. Nearly 99.8% of my items were tracked and I have checked few of them which actually showed that they had been delivered but still eBay refunds them if they open a case and claim their money. Please help what can I do to avoid my money been stolen from me by these crooked buyers? I would really appreciate if anyone could help and samething happen to them.

Try and pull your money from paypal and run. If everything was stealth...

Only other thing you could do, is not be suspended by eBay for selling clearly violation products. This is the risk and price you pay. Deal with it.

yeah that is how the game works on ebay........

if you want your money back you have several choices.

sue them and take them to court. if its a stealth account, you cant really sue them.

can always visit ebay in san jose with some 'toys' to show them you mean business.

rob their company in other means........

i prefer robbing their company in other means for payback.

back in 2014/2015 when they pulled that game on me I robbed them big time. to get all of it back and some.

I think I took about 20 grand from them to teach them a lesson.

my motto in life is simple,

those who play by the rules die by the rules.

sheep always get led to the slaughterhouse.

Thank you guys so much I thought of doing that but now the problem is PayPal is asking for business info and invoices of the products i was selling and those products were high risk items. I just want to take my money out of PayPal but they are asking for these documents how can I go about it? And even if I were to try to provide what they are asking for how do I go about it?

I have had the same thing happen to me on numerous occasions. Ebay will side with buyers even when sellers are in the right because they know the seller will keep selling regardless.

If an unhappy buyer leaves a sale they might not come back to the site.

eBay is going to side with the buyer 99% of the time unless it's a INR case and you have tracking to prove it. It's the cost of doing business on eBay unfortunately.

Re: EBay refunding my money to buyers when items signed for

Yes my account is steal and as i ave mentioned previously all the tracking have been added to make sure that no buyer opens a claim and eBay sides with me but it's the complete opposite unfortunately. Guys what do you think if I change my PayPal email since eBay had suspended my account indefinitely? Would that stop eBay from refunding my money or they will still find me? I mean like completely changing the PayPal email address.

You're protected under PP seller policies if tracking was uploaded and shows delivery. I'd take it up with them.

Doesnt matter what EB thinks, they are a separate entity with their own policies looking out for their best interest. PP is the payment processor that actually has the last word in transactions.

When your eBay account is suspended. Here are some advices:

1) Call eBay. Call them and try to have them reinstate your account.
2) If they persist to keep your account suspended, then you have to get in touch with your buyer via email and let them know you are having some issues with your ebay account and explain that this will not affect the order they placed.
3) If there is anything you can do to stop the shipment do that right away. Actually when your account is suspended you are not obligated to continue with the order, so try to retrieve your shipment to avoid any possible problems from the buyer's side taking advantage from what's happening.

eBay loves ⊗⊗⊗⊗ merchandise being sold on their platform. THEY LITERALLY LOVE THAT. However, they want to take advantage of the situation without risking a big fine being imposed on them by some court. This is why they have created the Vero program. They let sellers sell stuff on their platform, once a seller is caught, they suspend the account for 7 or 30 days. If you get caught again, they boot you permanently. This way they can claim that they are not involved and furthermore did take action against that seller.

As others have already said, try pull your money off PayPal or at least give PayPal a call and complain about this nonsense.

Selling digital goods you aren't covered by PP, but you have tracking info. So if you cant provide invoices to PP you aren't covered either. If that is the case there isnt anything you can do really. Harsh reality. Sucks man.

Worth a shot to phake them. Dont think PP follows up on invoices like AMZ does, but I could be wrong. Might as well try, nothing to lose at this point.

Make sure your return policy is posted in item description and always dont allow free returns if its a big issue. Calling eBay has also resolved many of my seller return issues.
