Account blocked - Entropay used for CC
 

I made an account
Browsed a little
A few days later, I listed for $0.99 auction - some silly item

When making account, I needed to give a credit card.
On Paypal it wasn't liking the Entropay card.
On ebay... it took it!
Yeee ha. Happy days.

Item never sold.
I forgot to relist.
2 weeks passed.
2 days ago, I got an email saying suspended/blocked for suspicious activity.

WTF!!?
(Yes, I know Entropay is coming to an end. Shame)

Yes, Entropay can mean the death for your account, stay away.

You can try calling and see if it is the suspension notice for listing your first item. but if it happened 2 weeks after you sold it, this is unlikely

I am surprised the Entropay card even worked now - thought it's been closed out completely?

It's in its death throes, but usable for now at least. It's rumoured to be completely dead by at end of month.

I hope someone fills the gap they left and starts a similar service, based outside of EUSSR

Maybe its not entropay CC the problem but you just have to call them to verify your details ? like its happening to my fresh accounts everytime I call them and they reinstate my account most of the time.
