Question about LLC/EIN
 

I am nearing my 200 sales mark and I know PayPal will ask for the info soon, have questions to be answered.
1. If I live in California, but open a LLC in Arizona would that be possible or will I have to pay extra fees.
2. How do I talk to a tax professional, do I say i'm banned from eBay and need an LLC to start again.
This information is briefly mentioned in the guidebook so I do need guidance for this area, any other helpful insight would be appreciated

1. I honestly do not know. I never opened an LLC and never applied an EIN. I myself spread my sales across 35 accounts and never reach 20k on any of them in any given year..
2. Contact a professional accountant and explain your situation. I never found a professional accountant to be judgemental - you pay them for their knowledge.

With 35 accounts are they all with different IPs, and do you only use the 50 free listings. I could possibly do that but it would be really hard since I dropship and doing so would not be effective.
I think I can do an LLC in California but I am only running it by myself, so I would run into another problem.
I'll go see a professional accountant
