ebay limit increase

Hello guys

2 questions

1. What time is best to get a USA rep on the phone for a limit increase. I have had some success at around 10pm EST when the philippines are presumably asleep. Is this still so.

2. Has anybody any experience with ezzocard for PayPal verification of credit cards. I used their card number and was asked to verify an amount charged to it. 2 days later the charge is not showing on ezzo's card portal. The reason why I ask is their customer service is slow and they say paypal do not money verify credit cards so I sent them a screen shot.

Thanks for reading this and I hope I can get some good replies

Degsey

1. USA working hours would help. THen try asking for a USA rep . other than that hang up and keep trying.

2. Haven't heard of exxocard, but just make sure it's not part of metabanking

It's always best to let your accounts sell and increase the limits on their own. Assuming you have no problems and do a few sales, you can expect to get limit raises. Sometimes I get them as soon as making only 3 sales. I've had 10/500 turn into 100/10000+ accounts after just a couple months, so it's more than doable.

Just be aware there is always a risk the eBay rep will want to verify your account using the public record database questions if you call in. I've had this happen more than half the time when calling them, especally if the limits are 0/0 right from the get go.

Thanks guys.

I will probably wait as advised although I have a subscription to a public record database and will be looking at the same info as them. But I do not want to prod the tiger.

The exxocard issues prepaid credit cards with any name and address, I was worried as PayPal questioned it and asked for a verification of it by charging it. Anyway it passed and if you look up the bin on the number is it issued by bankcorp.

The good news is that eBay nearly always raises your limits on their own, especially on 5/500 accounts. Just sell, and repeat. Sometimes you will get your first increase after just a couple sales.

In my experience, it's best to let your limits raise on their own organically. As long as you do good business, make some sales, and ship items fast you will have good luck doing this.

Be very careful with prepaid cards like Bankcorp, greendot, and so on.....some will allow deposits but most will lock the account if the names don't match when they do the ACH deposits.

Yea, raising the limits organically is actually not that hard at all.
Mind kept getting increases even though I didn't need it

The prepaid card I submitted matched the account holders name and address, although i will not use it to withdraw money. I have a bank account which is verified I can transfer funds into.
