New feature of Service Statistics. Any experience?
I got an e-mail back in Oct/2018 with regard to two quotas:
1. Quota of returns (item not as described).
2. Quota of item not received.
There are 4 measurements for this (low - normal - high - very high). My quotas were labeled as very high. The e-mail stated that the consequences of this are extra selling fees for items listed in the categories, where this quotas are relevant. The e-mail also stated that these extra selling fees will only be applied to items listed directly on eBay.com - eBay.ca - eBay.co.uk (I sell exclusively on eBay.de btw).
So according to eBay, the only consequence is higher selling costs when I list on their international websites.
Do you think those two quotas will result in account suspension? I don't know why, but I feel eBay has some hidden intent behind creating this new measurement
What do you think? Is the end goal to grasp some extra cash from sellers? Or will that be used to boot people off the platform?
