paying off ebay fees

i have a stealth paypal with a stealth ebay atm, its currently in negative balance and is limited and im going to be ditching it soon but i have a couple questions.
is there a way i can pay off my ebay fees with this stealth paypal and go into even more negative balance?
can i get a new stealth paypal and use it with the same ebay acccount? thanks in advance

Pay your ebay fees, ditching accounts that still owe fees makes stealth more difficult for everybody.

You cannot use a new paypal with an existing ebay account. They wised up to that years ago.
