Ebay suspension
 

My seller+buyer account was suspended I received the following:
"After reviewing your eBay account, we've noted several concerns with your recent activity. As a result, we've taken the following action on your account:
- Your eBay account has been suspended.
- Item listings have been removed. A list of removed items is available further down in this email.

We've taken this precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity doesn't cause harm -- however unintentionally -- to the eBay community.

While suspended, you won't be able to use eBay. Registering a new account may hinder any option to appeal your account. If you would like to appeal this action, we need to verify your account information and your eBay activity directly with you."

Only things I can think off is that I used a friends buyers account with suspended seller account to send one item to my address.

Second one is I used to purchase 2 items which I had to return being defective using guest checkout in a short period of time.

Account is real not stealth, metrics are perfect no other problems whatsoever, it was opened in October.

Any ideas what might be or how can I appeal it?

You can call them up to explain the situation. If its a real account, I would keep calling until you get a nice rep. I would do anything to keep my original ebay account.

You might have been linked to that suspended seller account. Happens all the time.

If you want to start the process of unlocking, the only option is to call support. Most likely you will need to provide after photo id and maybe photo or invoice for the goods.

Yes, I called they reinstated the account
