MC011 help!!1

I have a stealth eBay account got MC011 restricted.
eBay ask for 3 document:
1,-- A readable copy of your driver's license, front *and* back, or other government-issued ID.
May be I can be creative with the passport.
2,-- A copy of a recent credit card statement, bank statement, or utility bill. Your name and billing address should be visible, and consistent with the information registered to your eBay account.
May be I canbe creative with the passport.
3,-- Documentation (including manufacturer's invoices or receipts) that shows that you purchased the item(s) recently listed for sale on eBay.We are looking for documents regarding: Jewelry & Watches.
What invoices they need? If the manufacturer is out of U.S.A. How can they verify it?

The MC011 is one of eBay's most notorious (and difficult) suspentions to resolve.

This is usually triggered because of the items you are listing, or past issues with them.

I hate to say it, but typically when they are asking for those three items it means that no matter what you send them (even if your items are 100% legitimate) you are toast.

Is this a stealth account, or using your real details? If the later, you are best to move on and start creating new stealths asap.

This is the stealth account, so the detail if not real information. Does eBay has the system to check it?

MC011 means account is dead. Had this happen on my real account, sent all real info and still banned. That was over a year ago now. Here I am with 10 accounts running stealth and could not be happier or better off.

Just move on, I wish I never sent them my real docs including ID. It was pointless.

As I stated above, don't waste your time with an MC011, especially if the account is under stealth details.

The fact eBay is asking for ID along with the manufacturer's invoices or receipts means they intend to use the ID to further blacklist you. They have NO INTENTION of reinstating this account. You need to move on.

If your items are foo-foo's, you need to evaluate your selling practices. Even if they are real and you give eBay manufacturer's invoices or receipts, that's will NOT be exactly what they are looking for. It's more complicated than that.

This is correct. I wish to god I never sent them my real ID info when I got banned. Those scumbags didn't want to check my acccount info, they just wanted my info to keep me banned. Dishonest and scummy ebay.

Ok, that's going to be a tough one.
If you aren't sure about doing it yourself, there's some service / appeal provider in the marketplace you can ask help .

did you make more stealth accounts? I hope you did.

I have had some MC011 get resolved, but most of them do not. And it is such a pain in the ass. Even after you submit the crap they want, they still make you wait and wait. I would scrap the account and start over. And with them asking for proof of purchase, I would say your item is the cause. This should never have anything to do with the information on the account.
