Using Firefox portable, an issue about the Flash cookies

Hello,
First, i'm trying to start using Firefox Portable, i bought (5 IPs = 2.5 $)
- i'm in Egypt, so i'm trying to open stealths in the same country not in USA and so on -.
I can add one of my dedicated and fresh IPs in one of the FF portable separately = Each stealth has its own folder and its own IP, without changing IPs or logging in and out every time i use one of the accounts.

The only problem is the LSO or the Flash Cookies will be shared for all the FF from the main source in my desktop.

If anyone managed to figure out a solution for this LSO shared in all FF ?

* there're two solutions i'm thinking of, please correct me if i'm wrong:
1- I have read i may use an Add-on called BetterPrivacy, it deletes the LSO, and preventing the flash cookies to be shared among my stealths.

2- if i can't use this plugin i mentioned, Should i make new user account in the windows for each stealth ? .. does that prevent any shared cookies between the user accounts in the windows ?

- last thing, i read that chrome portable has its own flash built-in, but i can't use it because i won't manage to add my IP in it, and if i tried, it opens the Windows Network itself. so it seems it won't work with me.

My apologize for the long post
Have a great day all.

Literally just make a new user account...

Thank you for your reply
So simply a user account on my Windows for each stealth!

and have you faced any problems with this FF method?

No, it's the safest. I personally use VMWare.
