Want to open 100% legal ebay and PP with EIN number
 

My wife and I were banned a couple of years ago and want to get back to a 100% legal tax paying business. We will file for an EIN number as soon as I figure out what I need to do to make this happen. Had anyone done this before? Whats the best way of doing it and can you point me in the direction of the information that I need. Thank you and hopefully this forum will come in very handy and I can become a active member and help others in the future.

Don't psyche yourself out.. getting an EIN is quite easy. Go to IRS.gov and look for the EIN application. Takes about 15 minutes and you'll have your EIN when you're done.

If it's a service trying to charge you money, you're in the wrong place. It's 100% free through the IRS.

Oh no I understand about getting the EIN # im just wondering what all else I will need to do to conceal my Identity to paypal and ebay.

Literally all you need to do is form an LLC and open a business account on eBay/PP.
