feedback question and eBay account

My feedback is now at 98.5% - this has risen due to poor sales since January 2018 and some not very nice buyers. Are ebay still banning people for low feedback? If so, how can I solve this problem? Improving sales isn't working as my sales have dropped by from 200 sales to about 80 a month. I'm still a Powerseller and above standard if that helps matters. I have two other IDs on eBay, should I stop selling on ebay (using this ID?) until my feedback resets itself. Or should I close this account completely before feedback drops even further? Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.

Feedback is not the only thing you should be concerned about. Your DSR's and other metrics also play a part.

This is why you need to have several accounts so you can rotate and balance your sales. If one or more accounts go down, or have a problem (as with this one) you can simply keep on moving. This is what people like myself do every day.

Keep moving- sell more, keep making money. Rinse & repeat. Keep doing that over and over again.

Thanks for the reply.

I can use two other accounts but what should i do with this one? Can i just let it rest for a while and then use it again in a year or two?

substandard seller account pays 14% FVF fee.
how do you know your account will get worse?
what do you plan to do to make this account to go from bad to worse?
if that account sits dormant for too long,Paypal/Ebay could put a hold on your payments received.

I'm confused - if my account sits dormant there won't be any payments. Am I missing something?

There seems to be nothing i can do to improve my sales so my feedback will rise so slowly no-one will buy off me. I'm paying for a shop that takes all my profits.
I've been trying for a year to get back up to 99.9% with no luck.
