eBay suspended my new account that I just opened

I just opened a new eBay account and put on list some items
And after few days I had this following message from eBay:

After reviewing your eBay account, recent activity has raised serious security concerns. As a result, we've taken the following action on your account:
- Your eBay account has been suspended.
- Item listings have been removed. A list of removed items is available further down in this email.

I made some search on other forum from other people that happened the similar thing and they are all agree to say that is because eBay linked to a previous account that was suspended

Actually I opened this account from the same phone where was suspended a previous one
But I don't still understand how eBay is able to link it if I had formatted previously the phone and changed the sim

I've had this on a few accounts recently. Just give them a call. They will ask a couple of basic questions and then open it back up. I've also managed to get them to up the limits while on this call

in case you used the app it is pretty easy to recognise the phone again, as your IMEI does not change with a factory reset, only the "Hardware ID" which is a randomly generated string at factory reset

you can block that leak by using XPrivacyLUA on a rooted phone with Magisk and Xposed.
some apps do need to access your SIM and IMEI information to even start tho, like revolut

Have you actually read the stealth guide yet?
I'd start there. Then see if what you did previously matches with the guide.

I've had this happen to one of my stealth accounts. The reason it happened is because due to an ebay glitch my stealth paypal account did not LINK to my ebay.

They pulled the listings.

I had a chat with ebay, they reinstated me after I provided creative docs. But then I got suspended again the following day ... this time a different agent said he doesn't know why I got suspended so repeated the same process, sent in docs to him. But he didn't pass the docs and simply said sorry please find another platform to sell on, i'm a security risk, when I asked what the issue was he said he can't tell me as I will try and circumvent the problems to get back on.

The key thing when stealthing is not to trigger the ebay bots. Take it slow and establish yourself.

Exactly never call ebay when you have stealth to avoid attention, only if something very urgent
