Default New computer , transferring cookies

Ok I need to know what software can be used to transfer my 5 user accts and cookies to my new computer. Running Windows and Microsoft edge on all accts. Thanks, I have read over old info but the answers were very vague.

Yeah, tin's idea is a lot better than my suggestion. My post would only transfer cookies and browser data but not your user accounts.

You could use something like Acronis or Paragon Hard Disk Manager to copy your entire hard drive. Then you may have to update a few drivers on the new PC but everything from your old PC would be on the new one.

What about transferring from a windows to a mac and vice versa?

If you're trying to go from a PC to Mac, transferring your browser data via the method in my first post is probably the easiest option.

Or if you want to get technical, you could copy your old hard drive and migrate the entire thing to a Windows VM on your Mac. VMWare makes it very easy to virtualize old non-virtual machines.
