How long should I wait to sell high-priced items?
 

Hello,i had an Ebay account,where i got limited,because it was a new account,and first time i listed a product around 20$,had no problem with that sale.
But second time i tried to list an item for 30$ ,and i got limited on the new account.
Now i created a new stealth account, and I selling items under 20$,but i want to sell items for higher price (50$-60$)

Now, how long i should wait to sell these high priced items,without getting limited on PayPal(OR ANY PROBLEM)?

Currently my account is around 30 days old, and i have 4 positive feedback on it.

I want to sell clothes,fashion clothes,t-shirts(50-60$ per item)

are they brand name products prone to counterfeits?
you should call Ebay and ask why,I have never heard of limits on low price items

I sold 2 iphones on a new 1 month account with no problem. Make sure you include tracking. And don't withdraw funds until 3 weeks after the sale.

Yes some items are branded.
I don't think the brand is matter,because long time ago i sold some branded items for low price without any problem.
As i noticed,the price what is matter,because on a fresh new eBay account i sold an item for 30$, and i got limited,but on my currently account i (what is also new) i sold so much item for 20$,and no problems on the account.

I think brands probably do matter because of the amount of people that try to sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗. It's an issue on Amazon anyway, especially if your selling them new.

Brand names might be an issue. There an issue on Amazon. Especially if you're trying to sell them new.

I sold once a video game on ebay for 30$
The eBay account was fresh new,and i get limited on PayPal,but on the other ebay account what was brand new also.i sold video games for 20$,and i dont get limit.
So i dont know the video games are branded products?
The game what i sold made by Ubisoft



Anyways,i still dont get answer,how long should i wait to sell items like these.

7 to 8 years minimum then sell high priced items a few times then get suspended, rinse n repeat :brushteeth::ban?::humble::rip::deadhorse:

Dont think 7-8 years need to paypal and ebay trust in you.

They are never gonna trust you buddy, you can't sell digital games fast, simple.

When this happened with my account,i sold 1 item per day.I don't think this was fast.

But i got the paypal limit instant,when i sold 1x 30$ item.
But this is not happening if i sell only 1x 20$ item per day.

in that 1-2 months, I only sell non-risky, low-priced items. After the 3rd month, started to list somewhat less risky and high priced items. Seems to work well in my end.

It's a generally good principle - and smooth sales in general.

Honestly there's no "set" time to sell high risk.

Sometimes even on my 10 year old account I got nailed then I have to call the brand owners and eBay and scream at them for making mistakes about me.

So yea...

the general rule by ebay system is 90 days and 25 feedback if it is popular brand, is not about high price ( the brand itself and category are crucial), there is very expensive brands it can be sold in the first days it would be no problem because they are niche and not popular. (it is about system and robot)

yeah, but it depends on personality if he will be brave enough to occyupy with this, to deal with people and cope with stress selling fashionable clothes

What it all comes down to is fast shipping instant tracking added and gradual increase in the price of product and great customer service along with no rushing to withdraw funds follow those rules always.
