| | | wgochanour | 02-26-2019 04:43 PM | Can ebay track with pictures I actually bought a new computer and got new internet. If I take pictures from my old computer (that I never loaded to Ebay but also ones that I did) and use them on my new account, can they track them to my old account? Still a little paranoid!!
Thank you! |
| topnotchsports | 02-26-2019 04:52 PM | Re: Can ebay track with pictures Yes, don't use same photos on different accounts without removing EXIF data. There's lots of different apps/programs to do so. |

Re: Can ebay track with pictures Welcome to the forum OP - all the best as you master stealth :thumb:
Use Batchpurifier or Exifdata to strip info from old photos |

Reusing your own photos without cleaning them can cause your accounts to get linked and shut down. Either way it's super easy and highly recommended to remove data from photos. |

Have you even read the ebay stealth yet?
If not, I encourage you to do so. |
| Jennifer91 | 02-27-2019 01:45 AM | Re: Can ebay track with pictures I just right click the photo, edit, then save as. Seems to be working fine. |
Re: Can ebay track with pictures Just save yourself the hassle and doubt and make new photos :) |
| remain | 02-27-2019 05:02 AM | Re: Can ebay track with pictures Hello I’m quite new to eBay Stealth and haven’t started Dyer, I’ve read the Stealth Book 📚, and so much info , I had a question about adding your bank to get verified . I know for vcc you have to pass Avs check , how about for the bank account ? Will that have to go through Avs check as well ? I’m worried to add it because it’s not the same address as my stealth . I’ve had the stealth accounts for 2 months and haven’t changed any info. Any advice would be appreciated |

Thank you! | Speaking from personal years of experience I can give you a my solid opinion on this matter.
To answer your questions is not so simple, but it's both a No and Yes.
They cannot track/identify you based on photos you had placed on your old computer and never used on listings before.
They can possibly maybe (never been confirmed) trace/identify link you to another account if you have uploaded the images before on other listings.
Why risk it? its so easy to just strip the exif data using free tools, as well as alter the shape/size of the images before re-using them on new accounts/listings.
Goodluck, stay safe. |

Why risk it for a few extra seconds of effort? |

Why risk it for a few extra seconds of effort? | Because don't know what one to get online that's risk free without virus to download online? At times I'll also take screenshots of the image and save it. |

I'm sure there are others that work just as well, but I personally have used that one for a while with no issues. I believe that there are websites you can use without having to download anything as well. Taking a screenshot works too. |

It can happen to you! :yar: Damn didn't think it would be me.
Screenshot are good also. But at times I think they might lose quality at times. I said "I think". But yeah I'll give it a go!
Yeah a while ago I seen people doing these. But my images I could start from zero on photoshop, then save it etc. But yeah this is good. I couldn't find a good one after all these years. I know back in the day they had them here and there on the site here. But couldn't get it. I know search but at times the links were broken. |

This talk or conversation is probably from 1 account to another account within ebay it self. You know? That. What does DS have to do with anything? What? Right click, search google? Land on Amazon that? |

I've just learned of batchpurifier and plan to start using it - and why not, having messed about with it its quick and simple.
But.......for the last decade of burning through countless disposable ebay accounts I have never has any accounts linked. ( VERO threats that I know are coming so I voluntarily stop using them before ban).
So I'm going to say most of my photos have been recycled at least 20 times, maybe more, without issue. | I guess it's better safe than to be sorry. They can catch dropshippers on eBay but they can't filter out all the drugs and all the bad things going on but they can catch you on a picture image. | | All times are GMT -5.
