Ebay account creation - Debit card and Bank acct

Hi, i am looking to get clarification. It looks like my ebay account is going to go down. I have a fresh bank account and a debit card that is linked to that account.

1. Do I need to fudge my name on the bank account? From what I understand they do not look at your name on the account...
2. Do I need to fudge my name and address for my debit card? I am unclear on whether they look for the name and/or address on the card.

excuse me, what the hell do you mean by "fudge"?

You never give anything other than your government issue legal name to banks and credit card companies, as both are financial institutions and lying would constitute bank fraud.
