Selling limited reach
 
Today is March 01, 2019 but my eBay (Australia) still show "You reach your selling limits for this month. Request a higher selling limits...", the number of listed and sold was from last month: February, is this normal? Or a glitch? No any message from eBay.

Yeah, it's 1st for Europe now at 1:33AM aswell, but selling limits reset by US time, so should be 4-9hours more.
