questions about vpn address matching stealth account
 

So im about to pull the trigger on buying a stealth account. The stealthbook says its important that the address on the accounts are in the same state or close to the address provided on your vpn. I purchased ipburger for vpn security and my ipadress now says in im los angelos and wont let me change location. If the ebay and paypal account that I purchase has an adress thats across the country what do I do?

Ive read through the stealthbook and didn't come across this so I figured it be easier to ask on here rather than going back and reading through the whole book to not find it again.

It doesn't matter. You are good as long as the IP is in the United States.
