Is it possible to stealth on eBay with the same paypal?
 

I know of a guy who is claiming that he has a stealth ebay account but connects the same paypal. However he uses different emails for his paypal - you can have up to 8 connected to one paypal that can all receive payments to the same account. So a stealth ebay account with the same paypal as other accounts, but connected under different emails.

Is there really no way for ebay to tell that this is the same paypal or link these ebay accounts? Or does he not know what he is talking about?

If one goes down they all go down, just like old school Christmas lights. Same old story. Regardless of how many emails you assign to a PP account, you can't change it's internal ID #.

Are you saying if one ebay goes down, they all go down because they are linked? Or if the paypal goes down, they all go down?

Yes, ALL of them, since they are "linked".

Both.

All it would take is for one eB or one PP to get in trouble, and all the eB/PP's would become useless.
