How do you make multiple Gmail/Gvoices?

Because it seems that you need to do a 1-1 phone number to google voice in order to have a working number.

How do we get around this?

You can have like 5 google voice numbers per phone number, just open 5 gmail accts and link a gv to each.

Is there a way to kind of bypass the system and really have no numbers attached to it?
