eBay do not let me pay it is not normal..
 

This issue is go ahead from long time ,I can't use my cards debit and credits to purchase almost any item on eBay ,I tried also with prepaid ones just in rare cases they work after many tries . All happen when I press on pay in the checkout some strange error are shown like opening the PayPal windows blank or appear the message ..sorry we can't process your payment,
The only way I can pay is from the PayPal funds , even with the card associated come difficult mostly are pending then rejected.
Also I made many test like open different account pp eBay ,tried different cards but this problem always persist I have been hours at the phone with the customer service they say it should work , so what is the f*** problem then ,I do not think is normal this matter is happening only with ebay:confused::confused:

When you pay for stuff outside of eBay with PayPal, does this same issue occur?

Have you tried making payments from a different browser?

I very much doubt you'll need to reinstall your OS :lol:

Yes I can not use most of time credit debit and prepaid cards it say cannot process the payment

I use mostly the sims with data some ones have VPN too
