Same stuff..Item was on the way,buyer opened a case, 3 hours later - I've got MC011. Case was closed (via ebay center,because item was delivered and buyer don't want to close the case),then provided all needed docs to ebay - and Permanent restriction for selling.

I received MC011 this morning with similar message, the only different is below:

"To appeal this restriction, please review the following guidelines:


Activity on your account didn’t follow our policy. More specific details are provided below.

Please reply to this email after the above requirements have been met, and we will begin the appeal process. Also, please be aware that we may ask you to provide additional information to appeal this restriction."

2 hrs before this I received message "You had high item not received rates in Sep 2019"

Does anyone know how to appeal and whats the chances?

My account is top-rated, selling physical items, all orders are shipped at same location and have tracking+invoices

...Very sad morning

Yes, it is. Other linked acc has been asked for tracking.
Is it worth to do what they asked or just move on? I prepare so well for this year xmas but they all have been destroyed

if it happens t o so many of you,it could be stealth accounts,not shipping,not dropshipping ,not buyer dispute.
