1st time selling on eBay - suspended 2 days after listing products
after years of not selling on eBay I tried to sell on again.
with a fully stealth account
(VMware with Fresh IP, name, address, phone, email.)
listed 2 low-cost Kitchen Gadgets, prices between 10~20USD
at least 24hr difference between every post.
few hours after the last one listed, I received this regular suspension mail from eBay
"After reviewing your eBay account, we've noted several concerns with your recent activity. As a result, we've taken the following action on your account:
- Your eBay account has been suspended.
- Item listings have been removed. A list of removed items is available further down in this email."
not knowing why and how to continue with a new account without getting suspended again. |

Dude this is pretty normal!! They seem to be suspending newly created accounts too often especially if they're not attached to a verified PayPal. You have nothing to lose by calling eBay. The restriction could be lifted by answering a few basic questions regarding your name, the product you're selling...etc |

What is the suspension code you got? MC011? What did they say on the phone about the reason behind the suspension?

This is the exact thing that happened to me today. 20 dollar item, 1 sale, suspended. I dont dropship though. I'll call tomorrow when i have a better chance to get an American rep. |

legit dealers (cyber as well as brick and mortar stores) can ask the distributor or manufacturer to ship direct to the customer,e.g, servers,tractors,engines,implements etc.
Ebay just does not want the sellers who rightclick a stock photo from other websites and list them on Ebay without having merchandise on hand |

Look, the account was suspended probably for identity verification purposes.
They should ask you some questions like what you sell, from where and such of those things. https://pastebin.com/JSDM2WEz
After you answer them random answers e.g. you just sell **** around the house nothing fancy, they probably will reinstate your account.
It would of not of happen if you would age your account and get some history. if they see a new account without a lot of history on the site they suspect you are stealth (how come a brand new user already sells stuff? you don't go into a school and instantly become a teacher, you first have to be a student aka buying things on eBay and look legit). But if you verify your account then you can instantly sell a lot of risky things, manually verified accounts are the best! :) |

if everything is fresh and all you do is list 2 items and Ebay refused to reinstate you,they could have something which links this new account back to your old account.
Plenty of people open a new account with zero feedback and start selling,many have multiple accounts,one for selling,one for buying,one for chatting and one for browsing.

| 2 accounts only one of them is selling account. So far nothing yet, but it's also new account been opened in a matter of 2-3 days between the closed one.
All account are fully stealth, no way to be linked. |

I started selling on a new account last week. I bought it from a reliable seller from the forum that I have used in the past and it was suspended 2 days after listing 2 items and having one sale. This is a new thing it seems. They used to send you a letter saying you have been restricted until you call in and verify your details. Now they are calling it a suspension and hiding that "we need to verify your details over the phone" in the email and its not very obvious. I called in, verified the usual bullcrap, and my account was reinstated within 15 minutes. |

I got suspended recently with all new info and a new device (new computer, new IP, new account etc). Account was 7 months old and built up slowly. I got the same email 24 hours after I sold a $300 item. I called and they refused to tell me why I was suspended because "they didn't want me opening a new account and circumventing the suspension).
Only thing I can think of is that I was retail arbitrage drop shipping (account was above standard) and they got me because all the items shipped from different locations. Seems like if that was the reason though, they would have said that rather than refusing to tell me. PayPal account attached was/is fine |

| From what iv learned lately, ebay have no problem with dropshipping as long as you have an official agreement with a wholesale supplier. In that case you can send them the agreement and everything should be fine. |
