Stealth account w/f ake return addres, safe to set return address to buyer's addres?
 

I don't have a real return address for my eBay stealth account, the only address I receive mail at is linked to a banned eBay account.

Recently USPS's tracking said they were sending the package back to the sender because the address was undeliverable. Fortunately I was able to get USPS to re-deliver and everything went ok. But if USPS had sent it back to the sender I'm pretty sure the package would be lost since I have a fa ke return address. Would it be safe to change the return address to the buyer's address incase this would happen again or would this set off alarms with eBay?

I also see there is a custom text field you can add to shipping labels. Would adding a message such as "DO NOT RETURN TO RETURN ADDRESS" or "CALL 123-456-7891 FOR CORRECT RETURN ADDRESS"

Add your home address to eBay, and add a phake apartment # to it. That's enough variation for you to have zero risk of being linked to your banned account.

Putting your buyers address for the return address would probably cause problems with eBay, and almost definitely with USPS.

i dont see how putting the buyer address as return address works if the buyer address is no good?
also would that confuse the local post office?
if your zipcode is 90999 and the post office is also in 90999,and yet your return address zip is not?
do they care?

What wrong with getting a PO box for returns?
Why make this complicated?

If you actually read the ebay stealth guide, it says there that Po box or UPS box are viable.

so why not get a PO BOX for undelivered shipment and legit returns.

setting return address = buyer address,what good does it do is the address is invalid.
or the buyer refuses the package?
or if the buyer files item not as described and asked to return the package,all he has to do is to reuse your tracking number or ship the p ackage to himself,he will then get his money back and your item?
not to mention it would make the postman confused?
