After I list my first item, I got suspended. Need help!
 

Hi, I am new here, but I read a lot here. After my main account got suspended, I tried to create a new one to continue my sale. I used new name, new address, new email and even new password. I changed anything related to new one. I used NordVPN to change my IP address. I used Google Chrome and cleared all Cookies before I created a new account. Everything seems fine, but when I tried to list my first item, my account got suspended after like 20 minutes. I called eBay customer service, he told me he had a strong evidence that I violated the rule. So what should I do? Any suggestion helps.

2 things:
1) I think Nord VPN could be causing the issue
2) Was the icture you used a stock photo or a photo you took yourself?

I wouldn't feel comfortable only clearing cookies.

VPN has to many blacklisted ip's If your main account used vpn it will be fine but new accounts they may check the ip and if its in the banned category might be the reason

How fast did you list and was the item a risky item?

It doesnt matter, nordvpn is over abused.

Need to be using a better VPN. That is the biggest factor here causing the limitation
