Scaling- Big time

Hope all is well guys.
I am doing well with several of my stores- i currently have the following models:
-Shipping Overseas
-Direct to Consumer
-Direct to Businesses
All depends on the margins

I do not dropship, i am fullfulling orders and have hired 2 employees.
Althought I am doing ok, I want to scale to 7 figures, and since I do not dropship I need more room for products.
Has anyone here opened an office space to scale?
If so consultation and advice would help.
Yes I pay Taxes.

Regards

I have rented office spaces, large storage units and Warehouses. Currently we use 13x33' units and 10x30' units. Warehouses was great but not nearly as cost effective unless you need loading docks.

Inventory control is key. It is very easy to loose small quantity items in the mix of cartons. I am working on acquiring new software to make this easier. Also using storage cubicles for the small quantity goods.

Very expensive storage fees. For many sellers $5-6 per order when all said and done.

Seems OP has got their own fulfilment structure, and from sounds of things margin is important to them, so saving every dime seems best way forward.

But if margins were a lot bigger, I agree, fulfilment can help out a lot.
