It's really hard now to manage US accounts if you're not actually from the US.
US Paypal Accounts now requires you to have bank accounts to withdraw your funds, and confirm your SSN (Socail Security Number)
I recommend you to UK accounts with EU limits removed already.

Thanks, By the way about VCC, there's any good one is can withdrawal from paypal and also pay with CC to online stores like aliexpress? Would make my stealth much easier..

I haven't personally tried with other PayPal, but my PH PP allows me to withdraw to my VCC (Visa Card) Instantly and use it for online purchasing, etc.
